I (Kassie) had a blast with some friends on Warren Wilson's River Trail! We hiked on family-friendly terrain (for the most part:), and played in the river!!! It was really nice to see friends from different social circles connecting and enjoying one another in the great outdoors. We enjoyed a picnic lunch on the rocks and met another family who was there to enjoy the beauty.
What a day! Complete with sunshine, cool water and good friends. Did I mention that I chased my frisbee down the river? And that we encountered a copperhead? Yeah, we were on our way out anyways!
